A Good Stay

Berfinay and Serkan at reception were helpful and kind to our family. Utensils were readily available, and staff replaced them immediately when needed. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. I especially liked the fruit and vegetable options.
I noticed some stains on the chairs in the restaurant, and , made me a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh fruits and vegetables. I also enjoyed the coffee and tea selections provided each morning. A lady named Tuba was very nice and fast in serving, helpful.

The room was very clean. I appreciated that aspect very much. Water was provided complimentary, and the staff brought it to the room upon request. Daily cleaning services included changing towels and linens.

The hotel is located near all types of transportation. I found it easy to reach several bus stops and train lines from the hotel. This made exploring different parts of the area simple.

The hotel offers a complimentary spa center including a hammam, sauna, and pool. I enjoyed the chance to use these after a long day of travel. The pool was clean and well kept.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy. I found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating. I enjoyed the rich and varied breakfast. The food was AMAZING!!!
I must mention that the pillows were uncomfortable. There were only two pillows, and the next two were really small. The room lacked a cupboard. Instead, there was just a wardrobe, which I did not like.
